Life is to be experienced not controlled. The key Life is to be experienced not controlled. The key to being a healthy multifaceted 9-5preneur is being a healthy human. Through intentional living, I’ve learned how to get off the busy train & truly transform my life, work, and productivity through simple, meaningful action. I accomplish more by doing less. On the blog & podcast this week, I share 10 ways I’m living an intentional life this year. Link in bio!

Here are some of my favorite quotes from this weeks content 👇🏽

💡Intentional living isn’t always about sticking to a script; it’s about being present and living in the moment. We often ruminate about the future. But, allow the unplanned to reveal and refresh you in the now.

💡 If we’re not careful, our schedules can be tools for us to control every aspect of our lives, causing unnecessary pressure and anxiety that we have to have everything figured out.

💡 Every moment of the day doesn’t have to be dedicated to my work or goals. Leave room on your schedule for God to move on your behalf, and focus on intentional tasks vs. busy work.

💡 Intentional living is about focusing on the day at hand, the week within sight. Intentional living is doing what you can with what you have, celebrating the small wins while also having an appreciation for where you’re not and what you can’t change

🤗 I encourage you to take note of your own values and think through how you can align your being and your schedule to truly be productive through simple, meaningful action. If you need help doing this, this weeks episode is for you!

What are some ways you’re embracing intentional or purposeful living this year? Have you noticed yourself shifting from being busy to being more intentional?

december photo dump + 2021 reflection message // 2 december photo dump + 2021 reflection message // 2021 was definitely my rest & receive year

i’m thankful for the blessings & grace of God. i’m thankful that i learned how to BE vs constantly DO.

this year, even though i didn’t focus as much on business or pushing content, i moved into my highest paying 6figure job, moved into the place of my dreams, traveled in & out the country, prioritized my mental health & healing, & focused on the relationships that mattered most. there were definitely some lows but i’ve truly learned the art of trusting God’s flow.

i’ve learned so much this year that i really can’t even put into a caption. but, it’ll be put into action. i don’t have a vision board or long list of goals & plans for 2022. but, i do have the peace & faith to allow God to order my steps day by day. & if anything this year, i’ve learned that’s more than enough. ❤️
